Day 24 to Butchart Gardens

2 Sep

We got up early to get packed and leave this comfy place. It’s been a great place to stay.
The three of us spent most of the morning in the gardens; where we caught up with our friend David. I have many pictures taken with the Fuji camera to follow.

After we dropped Laura at the ferry terminal we went to Sidney and walked around in the rain.

Because of heavy rush hour traffic we ended up getting to David and Marilyn’s house in Langford much later than expected but still had time to cook the salmon for dinner. Hmmmm.

It has been wonderful, and we still have many miles to go and places to see before we get home. Our schedule is very loose and that allows time to take things slowly and enjoy.
